Butterscotch Pie 


INGREDIENTS: 
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine, cooled 
2 eggs, slightly beaten 
1/2 cup sugar 
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar 
1/2 cup flour 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 cup chopped pecans 
1/2 cup chocolate chips 
1/2 cup butterscotch chips 
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell


TO PREPARE: 
Combine the butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar and flour in a bowl; 
mix well. Stir in the vanilla, pecans, chocolate chips and
butterscotch chips. Spoon into the pie shell. 
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until the filling is set 
and the crust is golden brown. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream. 
SERVES 10
